The entire production flow follows strict working standards, goes through 6 verification and tests (IQC verification, IPQC verification, pre burn-in test, burn-in test, post burn-in test, QA verification). The quality and performance of the products are further verified through pre-shipping inspection.
We have sufficient backup storage for standard product models to ensure a 1 to 3-day shipping after ordering. For some customized products, shipping is usually arranged in 5-20 days after confirmation.
Manufacturing and assembling: A workshop covering over 3000 square meters is employed for product manufacturing and assembling. The workshop equips 4 automated assembly lines, 3 high power product assembly lines, 1 refitting assembly line and 1 module molding assembly line.
The workshop exercises Dashboard management and JIT production, and is carrying out multiple lean production management methods such as OPF, TPM, TQM and SMED.
1. Low power production line: Fully-automated assembly line that reaches the capability of 1000 pieces of products per day.
2. High power assembly line: All employees went through professional training and are adroit and skillful workers.
3. Triple-proof varnishing device: Fully automated varnishing devices that ensure the waterproof, dampproof and dustproof “triple-proof” properties of PCB circuit boards. Other properties gained through varnishing include cold/thermal shock resistance, aging resistance, radiation endurance, salt spray endurance, ozone corrosion endurance, vibration resistance, high flexibility and great adhesion.
4. Automatic soldering machine: The automatic soldering machine has omnirange adjusting capability. As a result, no worker is needed to operate soldering iron, soldering station, soldering tsui or tin wire; the soldering machine takes over the work and supports soldering at any position. The automated tin transmission system can automatically convey to the welding head tin wire of giving amount at giving speed and adopts thermostatical control to reduce 50% human labor.
5. Automated packing device: Performing automatic packaging of products to save human labor.
1. ICT incoming material verification device: Verify components such as resistor, capacitor, inductor, diode and the open circuit/short circuit in the PCBA.
2. ATE test: Pre burn-in test after product assembling. Test mainly focuses on voltage, frequency, current, wave form, etc.
3. Burn-in test: All products go through 100% burn-in test and endure complete function verification. Encom has 2 profession burn-in test labs that satisfy the burn-in test requirements for products with power range between 0.2KW-630KW.
1. Power analyzer: analyze the harmonic content from the products
2. Withstanding voltage tester: test withstanding voltage to ensure the conformity of products to various standards
3. Data analyzer: wave form detection, data analysis, decoding, used to detect high frequency signals
4. High precision digital multimeter: accurately measure signals such as voltage, current and frequency. The multimeter has a broad testing range and a precision to 5 digits after decimal point.
5. Recording oscilloscope: record waveform data for up to 30 days; support unfolding display
6. Circular temperature measuring instrument: record the products' temperature regime in closed environment for long term, in multiple positions and with high precision.
7. Thermal imager: visualize temperature in sight; used to directly view the temperature of all positions on PCB boards
8. Electrical surge tester: simulate lightning situation
9. Isolation transformer: ensure the purity and reliability of the power source
10. Salt spray tester: simulate salt spray erosion situation to verify the corrosion resistance and IP protection level of products
11. Screening room: screen electromagnetic noise in the environment
12. Load bank: test the loading of products
13. Transmission vibration tester: test the vibration resistance of products as well as the possible impact of transmission process on products
14. EMI tester: test products' capability of electromagnetic screening, beneficial for developing products of low electromagnetic noise
15. ESD electrostatic gun: test the electrostatic discharge property of products, beneficial for developing products of higher static proof property
16. Electromagnetic noise generator: simulate environment with electromagnetic noise

record the information of each product into storage management system through portable wireless scanner; record includes the manufacturing, storage, logistics, agency of clients of the product. In the case of any problems, it is fast and convenient to trace the batch number and raw material of the product through the record.
